Summary:
Calgary residents Dave and Stephanie have been visiting Ontario's Parry Sound for years. They would like to turn one of the many islands in the area into a summer residence that can enjoy in the future. They're meeting Chris Krolow, an island expert who owns his own island in the Sound, who can help them navigate the tricky waters of island ownership.
