The work of the team at the award-winning Royal Jubilee Maternity Service in Northern Ireland. Midwife Deirbhile supports mum Sindhura and her husband Harish, who have moved from India where they had their first child. However, this is the first time Harish will be allowed to attend the birth of his baby. Nikita and James arrive for an elective C-section, having previously lost a baby at 24 weeks.
