Summary:
Kihachi and his friends visit Mitsuzoe Park at Yosuke's invitation. Provoked by Yosuke, Kihachi agrees to a competition at the inauguration ceremony of the newly built grand hall: Yosuke's performance on a steam pipe organ versus Kihachi's electric performance. Inako overcomes rigorous practice, but her father opposes her participation. Will Kihachi and his friends be able to successfully play their electric music?
