you can't put a quote inside a quote on these forums (at least, not that i've
been able to do... or it's only recently broken...), so you need to put them one
after another. even though when you hit quote, it tries to do it like that
(which is asking for problems like this, but bleh).
anyways, to the episode. is anyone else having audio sync problems? for me it's
out by like a fraction of a second (and yes, my comp is far far more than enough
for it).

sync issue is definitely my nightmare coming true, as i am still downloading and
it looks like its gonna take forever to complete! anyhow, i will send feedback

ahhhh... damn it.
i've found that an offset of ~300ms makes it look good/unnoticeable.
now to decide if i should download the repack, or just change it myself (1.4gb
is a lot to download again in aus!)

not overly informed on it)
i never bother with the hi-res versions, as oz has limited bandwidth. it would
take ages to download this here...1.4gb is big for just one 40min show. besides
i usually just watch these on my little creative zen player on the way to work
yeh, i was expecting the first version out to be lo-res as is usually the case
i've honestly never seen the mkv file format before from ez, but i guess i
haven't been looking

no, they always release a 350m (or 561m for longer shows) hdtv version its just
this ep’s release was nuked before it trickled down to p2p level

the use of the term proper when referring to a normal release is just wrong
and although some if not very few releases are nuked due to broadcast issues,
the majority of faults occur in the capture/conversion process
and i am not arrogant, i am an ass, just ask alex2069 🙂

now that i look mkv is indeed used quite a bit...! i obviously have never looked

oh i hate you so much right now, lol.
episode note: i had the 300ms delay on for the entire episode. i was expecting
to notice it "back in sync" at 18 min, but it's the entire episode that's out
(checked after i'd watched it as well).
since the entire episode is out, it's not too serious a problem... it's when it
varies that it's a pain in the ass.
