is anyone else getting a jump and pixelation at 11:45 and 20:25 or the bottom

yeah, i have it aswel. looks like notv is having some probs with releasing
these shows. it's the third episode from them (as far as i know) that has those
kind of skips and pixelation issues. they did not release a proper version for
the first episode of ugly betty. now gossip girl and one tree hill.. lets hope
they even bother to release a proper
