i don't know if this has been discussed. i've downloaded off and on but only when i missed episodes that were broadcast. i'm deaf and usually use closed captions. i know in the past it wasn't possible to include them in downloads as the captions were a separate stream. is anything happening or on the technical horizon to possibly get around this limitation? to be honest, the quality of hd downloads has gotten so good it's usually better than my cable. if not for the lack of captions, i'd be downloading a lot more shows. |

Until the people who are making shows available in .mkv format figure out how to include the subtitles, try this site for finding the subtitles to nearly every show: http://www.addic7ed.com Sometimes subs are a tad bit slow getting posted, but they usually always show up. You can also find subtitles to most movies too. I use this site almost exclusively, doing a google search for subs only when they can't be found on addic7ed.com. Enjoy reading! |

I really wish people would include the captions in the video files. Also wish they would stop with mkv and go to mp4 all the way. MKV is so annoying. |
