interesting show.. could get very confusing or very involving.. hope its a bit of both..

if the event was global, wouldn't half the world have been sleeping when it occurred? yet even where it
was nightime, the same amount of disaster seemed to happen!

actually, i don't think they showed enough disaster. they only showed major cities, and even japan at
3:00am would have major accidents if every nighttime driver collapsed for 2 minutes and 17seconds.
they only showed a dozen fires in every city, but with 12,000,000 people in tokyo, think of how many
hundreds would have collapsed while reaching across a stove or picking up a candle and not waking for
2 minutes.

i\'m in a human geography class where i believe the total is much more like 37 million people. even
still, i agree with both ideas. i can not wait to see the pilot, as i have a lot of other things to watch as

i had a somewhat related idea once: bwhat if one knew the date of ones proposed death, what kinda
society would be wrought...
another was what if sons could legally execute their fathers, what might that society be like? would
it be photo enforced?
for complications wou could add the law daughtersa can kill their mothers or it could go equal
opportunity and any child could kill any legally registered parent.
anyway this is good as its quite open ended... personally i would like the tape from chi town (funk
town) to be doctored either because the instigators also sucumbed or some enterprisers saw a chance
for a massive fake, bogus hynt, get quite a few series out of that like lost.
