what happened to e03 or 04? why did you start over with e01 last week?

the first e01/e02 releases were from a screener source. the second time they were released off the hdtv
broadcast caps. i have not seen the screeners but i would guess they are the same as e01/e02 that have
been broadcast. e03 and e04 have not been broadcast and were not part of the screener.
