you know...i really wanted to like this show since lost only has another season. but what a piece of
****. tonight's episode referenced the department of homeland security from an incident in 1991. any
idiot knows the dhs wasn't formed until 2002 in response to the 9/11 attacks. just plain sloppy.

maybe they are referring to department of human services. i love this show i do admit this felt like
a filler episode.

might be california's department of health services... dunno, haven't watched episode yet.
i find it kinda odd that they would have a built-in destruction date for the show, anything beyond
the flash forward would just be kinda, well, pointless. i mean, obviously they'd probably have
another 'event'... but how many of those before it just gets repetitive?

there is no need whatsoever for the flash-date to be the end of the show.
whether or not, or to what extent, the flashes show the actual future is of no concern here, but
it's been made rather obvious that it wasn't a natural event. or if it was we are still dealing with
a group of people knowing a lot more about this than the general public, and probably using it for
something.
so season 1 could just be the introduction to the actual story...

just watched supernatural and the boys where staying in room 137 different show i know but room 137

i had a somewhat related idea once: bwhat if one knew the date of ones proposed death, what kinda
society would be wrought...
another was what if sons could legally execute their fathers, what might that society be like? would
it be photo enforced?
for complications wou could add the law daughtersa can kill their mothers or it could go equal
opportunity and any child could kill any legally registered parent.
anyway this is good as its quite open ended... personally i would like the tape from chi town (funk
town) to be doctored either because the instigators also sucumbed or some enterprisers saw a chance
for a massive fake, bogus hynt, get quite a few series out of that like lost.

i cant believe how over analytical some poster are. i liked the 2nd episode perhaps even realer than
the first (post traumatic na what i mean?).
