eztv not releasing a 720p version of pandora episode?

the smallville.s09e09.720p.hdtv.x264-orenji that is circulating is probably not posted here due to
audio problem: having 6ch ac3 with sound only in fl and fr channels (easily seen in ffdshow audio
decoder volume subfilter).
