anyone else getting the nasty encoding artifacts throughout the episode?

played fine on my pc.

got the same artifacts, using coreavc and media player classic

seems to be a coreavc issue, can someone confirm this? i'm using coreavc 1.9.5
the file plays fine in vlc

if some played it fine without coreavc while others including me didn't with it... then i suppose we
agree it's a coreavc issue.

this is a known coreavc bug that surfaced recently with the new x264 builds when using certain
weightp values - theres a thread on doom9.org about it if youre really interested. im too lazy to
find it right now, but just check the h.264 topic and its there somewhere.

i love to download from eztv through mininova, but unfortunately i can't find any from eztv right
now (in mininova)...pls help me other alternatives. thanks!

i really appreciate these downloads being made available, it's a wonderful service to those of us
who otherwise can't watch this great show.

i would, however, like to make a suggestion: please stop re-compressing the audio's dynamic range.
the sound is utterly terrible and it completely spoils the dialogue and any dynamic action scenes.
some releases are made with good sound, why can't eztv do that? at present, these are almost
un-watchable through hi-fi speakers, it's like a sea of white noise making my ears close up!

laptops and other devices have their own mechanisms for reducing dynamic range so there's really no
benefit of this.

thanks for your consideration and i apologise if i come across as rude, i just think many people
could enjoy these a lot more with good quality sound.

i'm using the divx player 7.2.0 to run the video file, but do not have audio .. what should i do?
