well this new sgu is certainly (in my view) a turn for the worse, its like days of our lives but the
only difference is that its on a space ship, the show certainly echoes bsg only the characters are
different with a slightly different theme.
the actors i think do a mighty job with the given material they have to work with & not sure in what
direction the script writers will go but at this stage the show is not in the same spirit as the
previous stargate series.
really disappointed with this new sgu as i used to hang to see sg1 & then the great sga but now
wondering whether this ones worth it & its a real shame too as the stargate franchise was such a
good thing that offered adventure, mystery a good laugh especially with the classic jack & co humour
and then the kewl john sheppard & co talented team really sad now they are gone.
so bring back the adventure and excitement & imaginary creative shows i mean to say if we want to
watch stuff like the new sgu all we have to do is watch the news, days of our lives or any other
reality tv show because that is what it looks like it is to me & i really dislike the news & reality
stuff i like to think i'm a true sci-fi sort of person who likes creative things & stuff with a
difference not the run of the mill everyday way of life stuff i mean to say isn't that why we watch
sci-fi shows anyway... to escape reality!!!!!!
man atlantis was soo good, it even rivalled sg1 imo. this is like atlantis, with less interesting characters +
a lot of filler. seems like every episode there's only 10 minutes of actual stuff to do with the story!
this episode wasn't too bad, and had an interesting plot twist at the end.
much better than most previous episodes.
and please don't compare the days-of-our-lives nonsense in the previous episodes to bsg, that's
unfair, bsg characters were much more interesting and the style completely different, here's an easy
way to see the diff, bsg would not be watched by your average mom, the previous episodes of this
show might well be.
