while i want to like this show it keeps spitting in my face; telling me i\'m a stupid tv viewer
unable to appreciate subtle humor. i\'ll give them the benefit of the doubt but i need them to start
respecting my intelligence and my ability to understand humor or i\'m bailing. otherwise it\'s a
slap-stick snooze-fest filled with dick and fart humor every open mic\'er knows will get them a cheap
laugh.

thanks uploader for your effort, how ever i think this is a shot at red dwarf dont you agree with
a twist.

this show is utter crap - unfunny, unintelligent, it couldnt even pull off a minor fart joke if it
tried. i love almost everything syfy does however this show is a waste. the parrallel universe of
utter lameness would forbid it entry.

syfy should halt production immediately, and use some of the money they save to invest in giving the
writers of this show and those who thought it should be given the go ahead a proper .50 calibre
brain massage.

about as funny as being told britney spears parenting advisor will be your neurosurgeon for the evening.

maybe it would be funnier if it were produced in a language i didnt understand!

oh dear!! well what can i say? so i guess russell barrett is what like 16 years old? you would have
to be to think this style of, what would you call it? animation? shit? is actually ok?? when i came
across a description for this show i thought " wow this sounds good" but what i was just treated to
actually hurt my eyes somewhat! i can't understand how they thought doing the show in this style
was ever going to appeal to the masses. it stopped me from enjoying the show, yeah the premise was
good ( its worked before) and the writing was not the worst on tv at the moment, but really i have
to wonder when this was pitched or "picked up" was there nothing better?

whoever at syphy signed this should be taken out back and hanged. as for the writers/producers they
should be forced to duel with wooden spoons with only the last survivor being granted reprieve.

i'm shocked at this even being allowed to air - it's almost, almost, as bad as the star wars holiday
special.

it's not even close to being funny and not even the benefit of being 'novelty' can make it watchable.

ok ok, i had to register just to express my utter amazement and awe at this wonderful new offering from
syfy. i found the story engaging, the actors both talented and committed. the novel use of cg and live
action is both new and works astoundingly well at drawing the viewer into what will probably go down in
history as the ultimate evolution of everything sci-fi.

i really must congratulate all involved with this production and wish you continual success with your future endeavours.

this is by far the worst on tv i have ever seen.

it wouldn't even be good for an amateur web series, because it's negatively funny, it sucks up the fun
from surrounding shows.

if what a few of you said was honest, it didn't sound like it, because this show is funny.
i could be specific but would have to make spoilers, and that's not going to happen.
so watch it and see if you can perceive that everything they draw below the head is satire.
i'm a bit reticent to take you seriously when you think it's about boobs. did you even see wall-e?
do you remember the captain of that ship and how it's about character and heart?

i did like the double posting a not on this thread. kinda funny that, but ya'll were just left
by the wayside if you didn't get it. i wonder if this show will be very divisive like the abortion
issue or republicans vs democrats, all black and white, either you're amused by it or disgusted.

to the guy who said this was the worst tv he's ever seen, that's just a gross exaggeration,
but i do envy the misery you seem to have magically escaped.

damn it, now im going to have to get it just to see how crap it is.

since i don't live in the wonderful world where scyfi would deem me acceptable, i cannot preview it
on the bollocks website itsefl - ironic, they wont let me watch it, and if it's as bad as it's
reported, then they really should let people see it just for a ratings skew.

and you guys must be lying - it says on the scyfi website "the coolest astronauts in space!" - why
would they lie? must be you !!!!!!11

i got the motif and i get satire (especially juvenalian examples: vonnegut, orwell, twain, gilliam
etc). personally, i feel that good satire is possessed of bite and, above all, wit. good satire
doesn't even need to be funny (look at 1984 or brave new world - deeply satirical and very witty but
not really amusing). the writing in this show had few teeth and definitely no wit.

i got it... it just sucked =[



i think i implied that the show was so unamusing that even if it had been about boobs and bums it
couldn't pull off a fart joke.



a treatise in character animation. wall-e was great.



i genuinely hope it doesn't have the legs to be anything other than abortive. personally, i vote for
it disappearing very early in the first trimester, then i won't need to worry too much about what
sort of legs it's developed.

i believe it was alexander pope who said, "satire is the simplest form of wit." to which i say,
"satire is the simplest form of blah blah blah."
