Archer S01E02 Mole Hunt HDTV XviD-FQM

damn, folks can bitch about this. "mole hunt" aka s01e02 was the pre-air pilot. when the show got
picked up to air, the show-runners decided to air this episode second. if you watched 1 and 2 back
to back, you would have seen why. continuity is a bit better that way. also pre-airs are usually
labeled s01e00, because you almost never see them on tv. if you do, it is usually cut, cast
differently or re-shot all together. it's rare to see a pre-air shown the same way.

when do they plan on airing the 1st episode then? seems kind of weird they'd show a pre air last year
of the second episode, and then when it finally comes time for the series to begin, they start it off with
not the first episode, but the second..

the first episode had aired. i got it a few days ago as archer.s01e02.hdtv.xvid-lildick. try
searching for that.

possible spoiler warning.

i don't know, in the pre-air (now episode 102), archer keeps calling sheryl the recetionist "carol",
then in episode 2 (now episode 102-lildick) sheryl has changed her name legally to carol. the
continuity just doesn't work the other way. that's the only part of it i could tell which had no
possible way of being continuous. the flashback of archer and lana (where he wants to watch porn
and talk to his mom simultaneously definitely belongs in the introduction episode as a way of saying
"this is why they don't work together"

anyway, i love h jon benjamin ever since i watched every episode of "home movies" where coach
mcguirk (played by benjamin) was my favorite character. there's no way a little discontinuity would
cause me a second thought about enjoying archer.

s01e02 on eztv.it is indeed the pre-air pilot, "mole hunt".

the problem is that when the pre-air pilot was released here (21st sep 2009) it was labeled as s01e01. so what's listed as
s01e01 on this website is *also* "mole hunt".

there's another episode, "training day", that was also aired on january 14th. neither of the two torrents here refer to that
episode.

on tpb, there is a torrent for an episode labeled s01e02 but *not* also labeled "training day" (there are also torrents
labeled "s01e02, mole hunt", which is confusing).

imdb has "mole hunt" -- the pilot -- listed as episode 1, having aired 17 sep '09 and "training day"
listed as episode 2, having aired on 21 jan '10.

fwiw, the new "mole hunt" xvid seems to have better audio than the original that i dl'd last year.

episode 1 is mole hunt. episode two is missing. [where is it?]
episode 3 is diversity hire and is actually listed as episode 3 here.
