Lost S06E01-E02 HDTV XviD-2HD

anyone can tell me how to convert these files so i can play them on my ipod touch yet maintain the
video and audio quality???

thanks for the efforts!! it allows me to download an entire season and catch up when i can! most
importantly, i can rewind and play it again!
