the series stars corner gas' nancy robertson, who plays the role of millie upton, a children's
author with anger management issues, which are referred to as "hiccups," giant outbursts, which
could be described as a giant fit of depression. these outbursts are immediate, so they are prone to
happen at any time. after being told that she needs some help controlling her anger issues, millie
finds a man named stan dirko (brent butt), whom she hires as her life coach.
i struggled with this one. wasn't really funny, though it's obviously meant to be. the first 15
minutes were exceptionally boring, overall not a show i plan to watch again.
i agree with spitt
i liked corner gas... but this was really lame. the characters have the same comedy-ish attitude
that was on corner gas, but without any of the wit or humor.
looked forward to seeing this but was really disappointed. i guess big shoes to fill after corner gas. i`ll
watch again but another one like last night and i`m gone.
this, as with dan for mayor, was mostly setup in this ep. has potential, more so than dan does. i'll
give both a shot. it can't be worse than the garbage we got in the states of crap like two and a
half men, bleh.
