yeah, this was pretty terrible.

i think the problem was that this was an old-school, by the books, traditional sitcom, but they
forgot to put the laugh-track in. unfortunately it wasn't funny at all, so without the laugh-track
to maybe trick your brain into thinking it was funny and trigger a laugh of your own it was just
painful to watch. some comedies don't need a laugh-track, such as arrested development (rip) or the
current modern family and cougar town, as they were/are funny and well-written enough to stand on
their own. this show clearly isn't.
