is fucked"

why did this happen

it seems that if there is a problem with the file that was downloaded then the apple needs to be
exchanged for a pc or a computer running linux. i downloaded the file and i have not experienced any
of that hinky stuff that the user says has happened to him. but then again, i'm not a newbie nor do
i use a mac because i am not smart enough to build my own computer. the file is legit and it works
as it's suppose to. but if the user has problems then he can always download it from elsewhere. how
hard is that?
