depending on the country you live in, (it is illegal in most)

yes, downloading any form of copyrighted material without the owner's consent is illegal (there are
exceptions in certain countries). however, merely being a host of the download links is not.

the internet is generally a lawless world, except when it comes to media that is also available offline.

i personally believe that eventually we'll have all the top tv networks available online with ads, a
subscription service to that network then removes the ads from the programme. ease of access, yet the
network still makes money.

until then though, everyone downloading things like tv programmes, music, games, etc is delving into
illegal activities, unless of course those things are available online for free in a legal form as they are in
many cases.

btw, when is caprica coming back? i miss the show ☹️

this site does not have the files you want to download, only pointers to them, so you were not
downloading stuff from this site; you were downloading it from participants in the bittorrent swarm.

if you are going to play with bittorrent and download stuff, you really need to learn about the
tools you are using and understand how to protect yourself.

check google for information on peerguardian, peerblock and anti-p2p. (perhaps some other people
here have a handy list of links; right now, i do not.)

if you google bittorrent news, you may find informational sites that can help you. check it out.

please do not insinuate that using this site got you into truble (sic), because it did not. you
