doesn't even compare to band of brothers....what a disappointment!

thanks to the uploader - liked the series, but i did prefer bob.

so did i. too sort of scattered around. not enough focus on some characters. the character here is the
war... hardly engaging!

i really liked the mini series and thought this one was much more depressing than band of brothers.
i'd say band of brothers definitely edges this one out but its really hard to compare the two. very
different characters and storytelling.

agreed - so much harder to relate to the characters. b of b gave you a much better understanding of
the characters and their background - and there were alot more significant characters in b of b. the
story in b of b was also alot less segmented.
