why is the file 550mb instead of 350mb when it is still the regular amount of time?

i love this show!

i don't think one has anything to do with the other. rather, i suspect, different encoding was
used. there are a number of hour-long shows (effectively, 45~48 minutes running time) which seem to
have the larger file size. i've yet to figure the difference. they seem to have the exact same
resolution and sampling rates for both video and audio (based on 'tools' panel from vlc playback);
yet one is 200mb larger. there must be something in that extra 200mb.

new scene rules dictates 550mb for shows that are 45-48min as opposed to the 350mb for those that
run 40-43 min
similar increase in size is noticed for the 19-21 vs 25-27 minute shows 175mb to 233mb
