ditto for me as far as the upload goes and next week may be the season final but at least we only have to wait until xmas
to see a new episode and before that matt smith is going to guest star in an episode of the sarah jane adventures and that
starts october-ish so we only need to wait a few months to see more doctor after next week.

that's the year it relaunched as opposed to the original year (1963) it premiered.

fantastic episode, i was thinking too american and thought it was the last this season (eztv seems to think the same and
have put the series status to "pending" already ;-)) and then i watched the confidential and they mentioned ep 13... but
good thing,i was not thinking too american then, as moffat always talks about the end of the series *gg*

great quality - thanks for the upload!

2005 marks the relaunch, a bit confusing, but the bbc refers to it this way too...

as someone said best dr who episode ever "dut" i am sorry for having to say this i think it would
have been even better with david tennent in just imagine him standing on the stone preaching to the
amassing hords of aliens above him.. (somthing iv done a lot this season watching the show and at
the same time thinking how dt would have don the scene different and how it would have turned out)
but i suppose thats what you get from having such a good dr and yes i shd a tear or two as his
finarly knocks rang out.

on another point do we not know he must get out of the pandorica ( not just because the show must go
on) but for him to once again meet the other woman minds gone blank)from what she said quote " i
aint said those words to him yet but no doubte will" and we saw her in a previous episode saying
them or is time relative as it acts out i,e last week was say 5000ad this week 1000ad but becaust
last week was last week its not forced to happen when we actually get to 5000ad? times a funny thing
aint it not just straight forward lol

but lots to look forward to how will he get a mew tardis and is the names pond, amy pond rearly dead?

i don't think they actually killed off amy already. it's not impossible, but unlikely. she'll be
back, one way or another. usually, one of the rules is that you do not go back in an already
established timeline to fix events that you don't like, and i don't think they'll take the easy
route like this. on one occasion, they've already reset the time as the alternate timeline was
caused by a paradoxon --- when that got resolved, everything rolled back. if amy is dead right now,
that might be an option --- we already know that the cracks in time have changed things, so
preventing those cracks from appearing can have all sorts of consequences.

on another subject, bbc calling this "2005" isn't confusing at all. the reborn series is still
"doctor who", but also significantly different from the old one, and it still follows the more
modern, flashier style set in 2005.

of course, it would be interesting to see the "real" season numbers --- "doctor.who.s42e12" :-) or
whatever the current season would be in that case. it's a pretty insane show, all in all --- even
the various incarnations of star trek or stargate had to "resort" to setting up a new environment
for newer shows, whereas the doctor has always been the doctor.

the cracks started at amys??? so did she also come from the crack? the crack and amy seam to co
exist as one it follows her. as in the first ep did she not say its was there before the dr showed
up??? if so nothing to do with the tardis?

what gets me they are all out there and have been punished rotten by the dr year after year time
agter time but even though they have seen through all there hatred for the dr and joined forces
(p.s. the darleks would never do that as its like admitting they are not the supreme beings they
spout they are but) all they want to do is lock him in a box knowing he would still be alive and may
one day get out come on who is kidding who??? a fatel floor but still the best ep ever lol
