this one is about martial arts, which to be honest, i don't think are bullshit! it's a form of
exercise, a sport, there's the self defence and personal discipline aspects to consider too. some
people get a lot out of it. i am looking forward to some of the other topics in this series though.
i've been training for 14 years in one of the toughest m.arts in the world. i've never had an injury
that you could not have had walking across a street or going down stairs.(pulled muscles/sprained
ankle) not everyone trains to fight and compete. as said before i trained to stay in shape, stay
flexable and healthy. it forces me to eat right to stay on track for my weight.also a lighter
wallet?? i pay 30 dollars a month on gym fees. chances are you spend more then that on coffee or
smokes ...
so all in all it's another case of someone thinking they have all the answers when they don't. you'd
think someone who watchs this show would look outside the bubble.
