both xii and bwb are bad about having issues with their releases. they won't
stream to xbox360, play on standalone (divx enabled) dvd players, or many computer media players.

(note: as of 2009-10-15 xii seems to have gotten the message, they have been releasing without the
issue, but they should still be checked in case they fall back to their old ways)
