so my question is, after they nbc tracker snuck into s02e01, how safe are the downloads for w13?

i don't know exactly what you're referring to, but i've downloaded warehouse 13 from this site ever
since it started airing and i've never had a problem with any of the episodes. (perhaps i
downloaded the affected s02e01 episode after a fixed version had been uploaded for it--i tend to
download it a couple of days after it's posted.)
regardless, i can assure you that all of the s02 episodes (except for maybe the one you're referring
to) are all quite safe.

by 'tracker', i assume you meant to say 'peer'
and the answer to your question is, as safe as it is to be on 'any' torrent using public trackers
