its actually a part 2 episode showing unreleased footage from the earlier season. so it is new.

this is shown on tvrage as "la ink - fresh ink" (and as detailed on the original cap, i think) and
is being classed as a two part special.
this isn't part of la ink s4, per se.
can;'t remember if i am allowed to post a link to tvrage so i won't. but...should be easy enough to

yes fresh ink is a separate show from la ink and there are at least 4 parts to it according to tlc website
and possibly more but guide only goes high enough to show 4 episodes for it so far. and fresh ink is unreleased footage from the early shows with other stuff added as well.
