plot:
lost girl focuses on the gorgeous and charismatic bo, a supernatural being called a succubus who
feeds on the energy of humans, sometimes with fatal results. refusing to embrace her supernatural
clan and its rigid hierarchy, bo is a renegade who takes up the fight for the underdog while
searching for the truth about her own mysterious origins.

[my thoughts]
its a sifi about a girl who dose not know what she is, she has the ability to take energy from
others and use it for her self (but she can not control how much she takes), there are others like
her that have formed to groups, she is to pick one... they live among the humans and have normal jobs.

my review might not sound that interesting but i will be watching another episode.

just sounds like your typical pretender, burn notice, magnum, macgyver $6m man

but i'm glad they didn't go with another vampire, succubus 'may' be more fun, well, at least for one
or two eps, til the real shows come back

if it contains vampires, werewolves or zombies then i'm out.

thought it was really actually quite good, different from the constant current obsession with vampires.

based on fae should provide a much wider variety of potential plots too, looking forward to the next
episode.

the name kinda annoys me though.. you'd a thought that any tv exec worth half a pile of peanuts would
have avoided using the word 'lost' in anything for a long time..

they could have changed it to ghost girl... or frost girl, host girl, post girl. even toast girl

after watching it... (reserving judgment, first episode wasn't horrible and all)... there seems to
be a lot of influence from the russian flick "night watch" and the subsequent book series. curious
as to where it is going. i'll give it another look.

ask your mom.... (it was just too tempting not to comment ;p )

bo (anna silk) is smoking hot. there was nearly a les scene in it too. worth watching for bo. 🙂

+1 for the first two but, while zombies have been overdone on the big screen, there isn't one zombie
tv show that i can think of. a good zombie tv series would be awesome! it would cost a lot though,
with all the zombie makeup required for each episode 😛

amc's walking dead looks promising. zombies ahoy!

being canadian. i was a bit leary. most canadian shows just suck. mostly because of smaller
production budgets.

we'll have to see if this was a "just a pilot" fluke. but i happened to like lost girl. it didn't
have a made in canada feel to i.

we'll have to see, as the series progresses if it remains a good show. or is just an excuse to watch
anna silk in tight leather.

if amc keeps true to the comics, then walking dead is going to be an absolutely amazing show. it's
more than just zombies munching on some guy's pancreas.
