the reason there are two is this:
"on july 31, 2010, nbc announced that an episode of 30 rock's fifth season would be filmed and
broadcast live, twice, on the evening of october 14, 2010. the two separate recordings resulted in a
live telecast of the episode to american viewers in both the west and east coast.[58] the episode aired
at 8:00 est on nbc, and was filmed in front of a live audience."

they are different
not going to watch west coast all the way thru bcoz this wasn't funny (compared to reg 30) imo
but from skimming thru they are slightly different in 1 "elaine"s 1st scene makes a joke about the
indian guy & slumdog millionaire in the same place it's a joke about aldadin in the other ep

so if u like it, sure go ahead and get the other. i think it will be %90 the same
