RSS Status

@pi3141592 : i added the pubdate tag to the rss feed.
i put hours/minutes to 00:00 gmt.

alse uri_encode the last part of links to pass the rss validator ( http://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?
url=http%3a%2f%2ftfeserver.be%2fcgi-bin%2feztv.pl%3fid%3d ).

there is a bug, the titles are now dispalying as a section of the torrent link.

(i added the date feature, and made a new bug... hope now it will be ok)

we had a hardware issue with a couple of our servers, and new ones have been ordered, i've been
informed they should be put into the dc sometime today, so hopefully everything will be back online.
