if its new and doesnt somehow spoil episodes that might for whatever reason
exist between this and the last, who cares imo !! rename it..

"yes, but one tyer is a tad more bald then the other 3."
"your car sucks then, not going to bother. nuked !!!!!!"

seeing as i have already bought the dvd set of series 5, and have it at home,
i'm pretty sure it should be series 6!
[#14003] Written by: Deznaj [29/01/2007, 04:38]
ooooooh, you looked at a dvd-cover. then it must be true right???

fox wanted te boost dvd-sales, and thus the 4th season was 'cut' in half so
they could sell a season 4 and season 5 dvd-set in one year. so technically it
is season 6. however people using a brain can see that a season is one year
long. so one might say that this is season 5.

thinking, the new challenge...

honestly, if that's the reason for nuking it most people shouldn't bother
redownloading. i never saw those frames posted. and even using step forward on
mpc i didn't see them...

actually deznaj, you're info is wrong

they cut season 4 in half for the dvd releases. season 5 has not been put onto
dvd yet. the dvd release's go like this:
season 1 (7 episodes) and season 2 (21 eps) = family guy vol.1 dvd
season 3 (22 eps) = family guy vol.2 dvd
season 4 (30* eps) = family guy vol.3 & family guy vol.4
season 5 = currently airing dvd due out fall 2007

^ the tv broadcast season consisted of 30 episodes, only 27 were included on
volume 3 and 4, with the tv versions of the movie being left off. currently if
you want the entire collection 4th season episodes you will need to have
volume 3, volume 4, and the movie. it is unknown if the tv versions will be
included on a future volume release

the best source i have ever found for family guy eps (the most accurate,
because word has it, the actual staff memebers do updates on it) is the family
guy epsisode list on wikipedi

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/list_of_family_guy_episodes#episode_list

season six has not started to air - the current new episodes are season 5
thanks

production season, yeah. for the british dvds, the second part of production
season 4 is listed as season 5:

h**p://www.play.com/dvd/dvd/4-/1107537/family_guy_season_5/product.html

also, if you search for family guy there you'll notice that season's 1-4 come in
separate box sets.

it's also noted on the wiki page that pal territories have different season
numbers. plus the first 3 seasons are mixed between the first 2 volumes. here
they're they're just referred to as the seasons they appear on dvd.
