green arrow = batman if he turned into a psychotic killer. i got to say though the fighting style thing needs some work because bad guys staying down cause they got kicked in the heels is unconvincing. the rest of the action though, especially in the first episode was pretty good despite being a tad unbelievable(hollywood bullets) and the acting is tolerable unlike other series where it really spoils the mood (falling skies, revolution etc). as far as set design,directing, lighting and writing no complaints so far. sure the writers leave some stuff for mystery by not immediately revealing all that happened on the island (like how he learned russian), but at least so far i did not see any drama dialogs that made me face-palm in disappointment so that is good. (again i'm comparing it to falling skies, alphas and revolution that all showed signs of bad taste or writing). |

really finding this one hard to watch. i just don't seem to give a shit about any of the characters or what they're doing. probably won't pick up ep3 unless people say it's gotten a heap better. |
