great show. dark, though. i find myself laughing at situations that are at the same time horrifying.

this show is made from the book by a very famous russian author mikhail bulgakov, and i am very
surprised that they were able to capture most of how he wrote it! very good show. thanks for it
eztv!!!
p.s. there is a movie called "morphine" which is from the same story as this show, but it's in russian,
so very few of you would be able to enjoy it.

there's apparently going to be/has been a second series of this show

the second series of gory comedy drama a young doctor's notebook will be
broadcast by sky arts later this year (2013), the broadcaster has confirmed.
(although they said 2013 it may not air until sometime 2014.)
