Real Time with Bill Maher 2013 03 08 HDTV x264-2HD

thank you for this upload. i enjoy bill maher's program each week but i have a comment. this is the only
program on the eztv list that constantly has staggered video during playback. the video is frozen for
more time than when it is normal. the audio is always fine but the video laggs behind.

i do not have this issue with any other program on the list. is there a fix for this?
