currently, there is no sd (standard definition mp4) scene release, and i do not know if
the scene will be releasing it in sd. we will just have to wait and see.
meanwhile, the 720 is only 675.82 mb
check out tpb, someone (non-scene independent) often re-encode to sd xvid.
