the preview that was aired at the end of episode 7... was it of the season finale? cuz it sure wasnt a preview
for episode 8

no, it was a preview of what was to come on the remainder of this season. that's why it said "coming
this season on defiance" or something similar. so yeah, broad strokes overview of whats to come
probably to keep peoples interest up as its been a fairly slow-burning start for a new show in my
opinion.
