Hannibal S01E12 HDTV x264-LOL

you know the old adage about people not being able to look away from a train wreck? well, that's pretty
much the story with me and this show. every episode leaves me feeling like it was a waste of time; but i
keep dling it, and watching. why?

anybody else feel the same way?

as opposed to the current run of real trainwrecks like falling skies, the following, revolution and
others not mentioned.
i find this quite an entertaining prelude the red dragon/manhunter story.

i love the show. the opposite of a waste of time.

this is by far one of the best shows on tv at the moment.
this is dexter season 4 level.

i'm with you pats. i started out really keen, but now - meh.

well, there are real great parts. for example the great visuals, the very original murder scenes that you
haven't seen on tv before, the atmosphere. but then there are annoying characters, a lot of times stupid
dialog, all this "losing his mind" stuff. every case getting solved in the morgue. and hannibal, a little too
powerful and the police a little too stupid.

so all in all, it's far from a great show, but you kind of keep watching anyway. and of course it easily beats
utter nonsense like the following by miles. and it's quite a gutsy thing for nbc.

i do like hannibal but i do find it all a bit pretentious at the same time
