Under the Dome S01E06 HDTV x264-LOL

this show tries very hard to be similar to lost, but fails to deliver the same experience.
the plot of the show does not make sense one bit.
the actions and reactions are filled with cliche but they don't make sense in the context of the plot.
the characters are mostly crazy or assholes one way or the other. i know that the characters of a fiction
do not need to be "realistic" but they interactions and the chemistry have to be consistent with the plot or
at least follow a purpose.

and they tone it down heaps which sucks
like the reverend last week...

in the book he gets all coked up and goes to their huge stash of drugs, with some armed
men, a huge shoot-out happens. probably the best bit of the whole book. instead of all that, just
has his head pushed against the dome and a tiny bit of ear blood....
