what drove me nuts about talking dead when watching walking dead was how you would be going
through some dark and tense scene, where the mood is anything but chipper, and then amc insta-
cuts to studio laughter and a bright shot of talking dead`s host making some upbeat
announcement.



bad enough they believe there has to be a talk show at all. ( agreed: "milking it." ) but don`t use
it to then punctuate and ruin the tone of the /actual/ show.

i'm not. this is what amc is doing during the actual show airing.

e.g. you just experienced rick going to some dark place in a scene ending in him holding
someone's guts, and amc insta-cuts to a clapping audience and chris hardwick spouting some
drivel like "stay tuned after this episode and we'll talk to lauren cohan about what this may mean
for rick's character...." as they go to commercial break.

just aggravating to have amc sh*tting on their own show like that. like the programming director
can't stomach the tone of the show, and jumped on talking dead promos as some great
opportunity to "try and immediately lighten the mood" and giving us mental whiplash.

i really don't see the point of this, especially on a torrent site.

it was in furtherance of the opinion on whether amc was just "milking" their show by creating the
after-talk show. my opinion being that not only were they milking it, but even the way they
promoted talking dead interfered with enjoyment of the actual show.

wasn't about solutions or download button how-tos; just discussion of what amc is doing relative
to the content of show this torrent is for.
