my worry is that it will be much of the same over and over, and i will get tired of it after 4-5 eps. also i get
the sense of having seen it many times before, the way its made and how the story is built up. its already
getting a bit predictable.
but as for now, i'll keep watching (at least a few more eps.)
(....or it might just seem not half bad, because most shows these days are mindnumbingly stupid and
borderline retarded, so the bar isnt set very high)
hmmm? went into this thinking it was gona be set in the olden
days, boy! was i shocked when it went into modern day.. lol.
started off good, then went a bit stupid then went good again
towards the last 15mins of the episode, for some reason this
shows reminding me of a mix between "the dresden files" and
"charmed", with a small explosion of "rambo" but with the
headless horseman, pmsl!
i'll watch a few more episodes to see where its heading but im
afraid im to agree with posts above, atm i cant see this lasting
a full season, but we'll see.
absolutely pis'd myself laughing at the point wen the guy says
summit along the lines of... 2 protectors, 7 years long battle..
pmsl.. r they really thinking this shows gonna get 7 seasons?

i was waiting for the female cop to make a comment along the lines of "you think i'm hanging around
here for 7 years?"
as someone else mentioned, it seemed to have a touch of the dresden files about it, so i'll give it
a shot while it lasts 🙂
'hollow' is solid! ((sorry. couldn't resist that.) :-)
i just watched ep 1 of 'sleepy hollow', and i like it. i do agree with others who have said that it may be
difficult to sustain. as with all such shows, the viewer must be able to either accept or ignore the obvious
lack of reality, and errors such as the "old english vs. modern english" thing. it is, after all, a fantasy to
begin with.
given all of that, i think the production values are good, as is the cast, and their initial performance. if that
continues, and the writers are able to come up with some logical flow of events amidst all the fantasy, as
well as a bit of character development to hold us, it may do well.

i have to ask because your weird purple name got me to looking: your title is "news writer," indicating
you get paid to form words into sentences, and you still couldn't resist using such a bad joke?
