personally i think if people in the west would be less quick to embrace materialism and vanity then
some of these problems may have a reduction; although, asians would be out of work then, wouldn't
they? less demand from greedy vain materialistic western consumers = less product to produce = less
work needs to be done = fewer workers needed - at least that is my logical train of thought. i
personally only purchase new articles of clothing once every 10 years or so.

still, the real perpetrators are the business owners. they control the wages, benefits, work hours,
and the fact that they opt not to do their manufacturing in countries that have more strict rules
regarding how workers are treated. western consumers can choose to shop elsewhere, but then that
ultimately hurts workers in 3rd world shit holes b/c they lose their jobs. nice situation, aint it?

once again, businessmen ruining the planet through their endless greed to acquire more massive
levels of wealth and power.
