in case you're wondering...this is not a new show.
it was aired/published by channel 4 in 2011.
none the less, it is informative.

if people are going to watch this documentary, i ask that they also research wikileaks commentary on
the film. wikileaks published full transcripts of interviews used in this doco, along with other

i also ask that people who decide to watch "the fifth estate" - please note that the source material
used for the movie was two books - both of which were highly questionable sources. i doubt there
would've been any controversy over the movie if the producers had conducted unbiased research which
encompassed a wide variety of sources (as any investigative journalist worth their salt would do) -
but they did not. wikileaks requests that viewers of "the fifth estate" also read julian's response
here ...

wikileaks has also released a documentary timed to challenge the uk opening of "the fifth estate".
the documentary is called "mediastan" and is released thru journeyman pictures.
