for those (like me) who couldn't spot the celebrity cameo, it was the guy who entered on rollerskates
around 4:04. i didn't recognize him without his usual getup, but it was him.
apparently he wanted a guest role in eastbound and down for a long time, even crashing the set. seems
like he finally got his wish, sort of...

he mumbled through his couple of lines then slinked off-camera. with the wig, i wasn't sure initially but the
tattoos are an easy giveaway.
