it would help if they chose trackers that were not on udp port 80. all isp's have to do is block
that one port and they can cut off your torrents. there are a few public trackers that are on
different ports, and if you add them to your torrents, you can get around this restriction, but you
have to do it manually and not all torrent clients support it.
