ah.....good ole "scene".
that invisible, unreachable, worthless organization that has more of these torrents screwed up than
anyone else. what is this "scene" anyway? anyone talked to one of them? anyone been able to ask
anyone of them why, since we did away with .avi's there seems to be no organization to any thing
any more. the torrents can be any bit rate, any resolution, any size......etc, etc, etc. yfn is the
only group that has "monsters vs. aliens" numbered correctly. anything afg uploads is garbage
and their sizes, resolutions, and bit rates are all over the spectrum. and the list goes on and on.
thanks "scene". way to keep things pretty screwed up. the only thing i've been able to find
consistent with "scene" uploads is they race to see who can be the first to upload a show.
whether it's any good or not is irrelevant. just be the first. i come to eztv any more for one
reason only. to see what the latest shows are that have been uploaded. then i go to ***site name
removed by mod bf*** and download them.

your ignorance is showing. incorrect terminology, scene groups vs torrent groups, scene vs
independents, releasing standards vs no standards, codecs, bitrates, etc.. you don't know shit
about how a show goes from being a cable signal to a torrent...but you sure know how to bitch
about it. let me ask you, when was the last time you capped, encoded, and torrented an episode,
or a series? if you are not providing content or improving processes then stfu.

eztv has no contact with "the scene". eztv does not cap (record) tv shows and has no control
over what shows are chosen by the scene, the container (file format), the video resolution (sd or
720p), or the season/episode numbering scheme, etc.. these are all functions of the scene, not
eztv. eztv is a torrent distribution group only.

i've read a lot of the posts he's made over the years and every one of them that i read was a
complaint...all he's done is piss and moan about episode titles, episode numbering, and file
formats, all while downloading hundreds of free show torrents from eztv...shows that were
capped by the scene...the very same people he bitches about. ungrateful much? some people
just don't get it, eztv is not a business, no paid subscribers, or a money making site with paid
ads...this is a hobby, a small handful of very skilled hobbyists who are good at what they do and
enjoy doing it, in their free time and at their own expense. along the way we miss some shit. i say
get over it and move along. or, be an asshole about it and get banned. pretty simple really.

i have to say, thank you guys for the uploads. but regarding the show: its retarded. i dont want my kid
to be a dumb.ass after watching this crap. nick cant be compared to the good o tom and jerry classics.

i have to disagree with "hactor", i really-really like monsters vs. aliens and keep watching them over
and over...well, up to a point 'till it gets too much. but, to each his own. maybe if i had a kid my
opinion would differ, even though i'd rather they would watch this then pokemon/digimon or some
other type of that kind of animation. anyway, i think you can download new "tom & jerry" cartoons as
well as the old ones, there must be countless number of them. might not be on eztv but it's out there
and some of the new "tom & jerry" adventures aren't half bad. all said - in my opinion and with respect.
