different file size and video resolutions
eztv torrented the sd scene release 240.25 mb
mvgroup torrented the 720 mvgroup release at 748 mb

so shouldn't it be marked 720 in the title so that people can know without having to dig around?

how can one differentiate groups that are from those that aren't? is there an index one can use for
reference?

it literally took me three seconds to find the answer to your question 😛 using the provided link.
mvgroup is not scene so they are not obligated to follow scene naming conventions.
you are welcome to make that suggestion to mvgroup... join their site.
