this torrent for example, is a 720p, but 720p does not appear in the title...it does
however appear in the description, available using the docuwiki link or at mvgroup.org.
often mvgroup will use a resolution that is between sd and 720p, 540.

hdtv, pdtv, webrip, dsr, etc. refer to the source
used for the cap, not the final resolution of the video file.

the scene tv show releases are by default sd
(standard definition - typically around 404)
or 720p, in which case 720p will appear in the title.

the majority of tv show are captured from a hdtv source.
for the purpose of titles, hdtv is not synonymous with 720p,
hdtv only refers to the source and not the finished product.
therefore hdtv will appear in the title of most sd and 720p releases,
because it is the most common source.
