don't let the interesting premise fool you.
it's really, really bad. horrible dialogue, horrible casting, horrible acting. and a story that tries so hard to
garner sympathy, it feels outrageously fake even for a sitcom. interestingly, being based on some real
story somehow only adds to the fakeness.
seriously, this is writing level of reddit pictures about "inspiring" disadvantaged relatives that are made for
the sole purpose of getting upvotes and may or may not exaggerate facts for dramatic effect.
this rivals "enlisted" and "chozen" as the worst pilot of the season, and that's saying something.

other than the hatred of enlisted and chozen, i have to disagree with almost everything else you
said... i liked this a lot and thought it was a great cast with a lot of very funny moments and some
quite nice ones too.
