just got a notice from my isp that hbo is aware of this file being downloaded and they are tracking it. i
was told by my isp to remove the offending file and that if they received further complaints from hbo that
they would suspend my account. just thought i'd share.

old news. isp's have been doing this for a couple years now.
there are hundreds or thousands of articles and blogs about it.
if this worries you then educate yourself, read up on it, and protect yourself.
