i have the unproper release but cant see anything wrong with the file.

why the proper release?

the nuke note says:

but i didn't get the original file to verify this

some video players do a good job of smoothing things out.
it may go unnoticed by some people on some players.
however, releases that don't meet
"the sd x264 tv releasing standards 2012" are nuked.
