hbo was monitoring this as i just got a warning e-mail from comcast. i've been lucky using public
trackers since 2004, so i had to warn everyone else. they also sent me one for downloading bill
maher in the same week. i forget if that was the week a lot of people (including myself) had to use
the proxy website.

no need to 'warn' anyone, as this is old news. tv networks, especially hbo and other premium
channels, have been randomly monitoring torrent swarms and sending out notices through isp's
for several years now. there are hundreds or thousands of news articles and blogs on this subject.
if this is of concern to you then please read up aobut it, educate yourself. there are many options
for protecting yourself.

p.s. it doesn't make any difference if you obtain a torrent from eztv, tpb, kat, etc., or whether or
not you use a proxy to download the torrent file or if you use a magnet link to start the torrent
download.
